Custom Corporate & Relocation Programs
For companies coordinating relocation, onboarding or ongoing local support for executives, remote hires or teams moving to Puerto Rico. We handle project and task follow-up, scheduling and administrative coordination, and give your team a clear intro to Puerto Rico–specific requirements and timelines — always pointing you to a licensed attorney, CPA or real estate professional for anything that requires one. Pricing available by proposal.
Additional service time beyond package allowances is $100/hour and always requires client approval before it's incurred. Third-party vendor and contractor expenses are separate from Steward Boriken service fees and are never marked up without your knowledge.

Do you find or sell real estate?
No. Steward Boriken is a property concierge and home operations company, not a real estate agency or brokerage. If you need to buy, sell or lease property, we can connect you with an independent real estate professional.
Are you a relocation company?
No. We're not positioned as a relocation service and don't manage moves end-to-end. Our focus is ongoing property operations for owners. If you're settling into a property, our Property Activation & Move-In Support service can help with practical setup like utilities and local providers.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes — every engagement is coordinated bilingually in English and Spanish, so communication with local vendors and providers is never a barrier.
Have your vendors been vetted?
We work from a trusted local network and select providers based on your specific need, timeline and budget. We don't claim a formal vetting certification — we're transparent about who we're recommending and why.
Will I be charged for anything I didn't approve?
No. Package pricing is clear up front. Any additional service time or vendor expense beyond your plan is always approved by you before it's incurred.
Can you provide legal, tax or accounting advice?
No. We are not a law firm, CPA firm or construction company. We can connect you with independent licensed professionals for those needs, but our own role is coordination and organization.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Discretion is core to how we work — your property, financial and personal details are shared only as needed to coordinate the service you've requested.
Do I need to commit to a monthly plan?
Not at all. Many clients start with a single request (Just One Thing or Essential) and move into ongoing Concierge support later, if and when it makes sense.
